But today, she is more known as a mother and wife, and successfully maintains a happy family. Currently, she is involved in numerous relevant activities that are focused mainly on the enrichment of her life, as well as the lives of her husband and kid. Build confidence in your business needs

To do this you need an automatic system where the potential customer is the one who raises his hand to say “I’m interested in your services,” and then pass it through a process where you think the trust loyalty and sales.

Let’s see what I mean with these 4 simple but powerful strategies. I call this per-qualified Attract Customers with Less Work!

1. Identify the customer

Your goal is to identify the ideal customer for your services. You do not want to be all to all, as the potential client and you will perceive this compare with others, thus opening the door to the price war.

That ideal client can find income through lists. Draw them through the publication consists of articles, alliances with other businesses or the use of an electronic or print newsletter. The important thing here is to have an accurate profile of your ideal customer and then draw it to the second step.

2. The card that works for you

Whichever method you choose to look for these clients, you need a letter of introduction to mail gateway or a special page on your website called landing page. Example:

I identify my client. It is the small or medium business that sells services. It is found mostly in Puerto Rico. I rent a list of this type of customer and send him a letter by mail, one letter to the person who has the power to make decisions.

In it he spoke of the needs and constraints of your business. Confidence building identifying with the recipient of the letter and after positioning myself as a possible solution I invite you to request more information with a free report I have for him just pick up the phone, fill out a form on my website or send the form by mail.

If a landing page, this mention their needs and let them know that I have the solution just fill out the form to acquire the free report. What is the purpose of this letter, a landing page or this page? Qualified, remove the masses, reduce this list to potential customers who are really interested in learning more and request the free report. That’s it.

The development of a comprehensive plan should not take months.

In fact, a team that works with a focus on it can develop a good marketing plan in about a month, and time spent in advance will be recovered many times over in the launch and implementation of future campaigns . While you probably already read about this before, always worth checking the items that your team should consider in developing a strategic marketing plan:

Its objectives.

First determine (or get the address information of the company) sales targets, marketing, financial and operational company for the year.

Be as specific as possible, but include only the critical objectives.
This is the heart of his plan and measure their effectiveness.

Their market.

Wonderful because today there are more opportunities and possibilities than any other time, and dangerous things are changing at a rate that can be offside IF update our knowledge.

The personal and professional success depends on our ability to communicate. A good communicator dominates both public speaking skills as the ability to listen actively. Listening is the key ingredient in effective communication.

Through active listening to better capture the statement and the feelings of our partners, we earn their trust, strengthen relationships, reduce conflict and increase our ability to persuade.

The vast majority of people are in constant stress for various reasons this leads to long-pass which is important in
a relationship. And one of the most important and in all your relationships (your wife, your children, your friends, etc..) Is to learn to listen actively.

When you make a decision really actively listen everything, but everything begins to change. Your relationships become more intense and full of this. Develop your intuition and you are more clear about what you want. You make decisions much clearer and mostly full of everything your party needs.

The first thing to relearn how to listen actively is the ability to compromise, so lost in recent generations.
The second is to stop wasting time because you get clear and reflect what is really important.

Elizabeth Rehnke – Working On Missions to Help the Underprivileged

Elizabeth Rehnke is the daughter of Dr. Ernest Rehnke.  He is the MD who was awarded the Distinguished Surgeon Awards in the year 1999.  He was the kind of person who strongly believed in giving back to the human race, and we get to see the same attitude from his 11 year old daughter.

It was she who received the award on behalf of her father, and she spoke about their medical missions, the culture, and travel experiences at the poor nations.  She spoke about the doctors who used their skills to help people, and train others to work as nurses and helpers.  The things she spoke about might seem strange to people who are so used to prescription plans, Medical Insurance etc.  It was all about saving lives and helping the fellow humankind.

Dr. Rehnke dedicated his life towards helping the deprived people in the African continent. He actively participated in five different medical missions to help the people in Kenya.  On other instances he also went on humanitarian missions to Honduras, Ecuador, Haiti, and twice to Guatemala. His daughter, Elizabeth Rehnke accompanied him on all his humanitarian missions.  As a matter of fact, she actively assisted him as his assistant nurse.  Some of the noble services rendered by little Liz Rehnke at the tender age of just 11 years in those medical missions were:

  • Providing supplies and medicine to hospitals and clinics
  • Filling in as staff for the hospitals that were understaffed and overworked
  • Training local Kenyans and other people to perform the basic duties of the nurses
  • Helping with the sanitation and water purification programs
  • Educating the poor community on health and hygiene
  • Actively participating in the relief work in the famine hit areas

Liz Rehnke got to learn a lot about different cultures and places wherever they went. Their main aim was to help the neglected Kenyans and people of other poor nations to improve their quality of life and educate them about healthcare.  She was also a keen learner of African culture, and she was more than willing to join her father on his medical missions each and every time. Additionally Dr. Rehnke and this team where dedicated towards establishing small clinics and training the community people as health workers.  The local volunteers were willing to extend their help for minimal reimbursements or salaries.

The health workers would basically work in the clinics set by Dr. Rehnke even after the mission was over. Sometimes, finding volunteers used to be difficult, and they had to spend many months on the medical missions.  However, Elizabeth Rehnke and her father always managed to appoint the volunteers for the jobs. Dr. Rehnke played an active part in getting contributions from various institutions to fund the medical facilities in Kenya and other places that he visited.

The micro environment of the company is comprised of players from their immediate environment which affect the ability to serve its markets: specifically, the company, suppliers, competitors and stakeholders. The company’s macro environment consists of six major factors or forces: demographic, economic, environmental, technological, political and cultural.

The SWOT analysis has achieved great importance in the strategic direction of the company. Its purpose is to specify, in a graph or a table summary, the assessment of the strengths and weaknesses of the company (competence or ability to generate and sustain their competitive advantage) with external threats and opportunities, consistent with the logic of that the strategy must achieve a proper fit between their internal capacity and external competitive position.

The SWOT matrix as any strategic analysis is a summary of the status of the organization, internal and external, present and future. This summary does not include all aspects of management, but only those that have been considered and selected from the inventory of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats made.

Most authors suggest that the matrix usually occurs under the combination of the strategic issues raised in the evaluation and low defined the concepts of opportunity and threatens the strength and weakness as well, the combination of these four aspects of management organization we find four basic strategies.

Offensive strategy FOR (Maxi-Maxi) Any institution would like to always be in the situation where I could maximize both its strengths and its opportunities, ie the strategy always apply (Strengths vs. Opportunities). Such institutions could lay their hands on their strengths, using resources to seize the opportunity to market their products or services.

Ø FA defensive strategy (Maxi-Mini): This strategy FA (Strengths vs. Threats) is based on the strengths of the institution that can cornering with threats from the external environment. Its aim is to maximize the first while minimizing the latter.
